The Integration Path

The Integration Path
A True-Self Mentorship
Where Inner Authority Meets Gentle Transformation
A Different Kind of Support
The Integration Path is a six-month, one-to-one mentorship for people who are ready to stop seeking external answers and begin living from their own inner authority.
This offering is not a program, treatment, or service to complete.
There are no protocols to follow, no assessments to pass, and no outcomes to achieve.
There are no protocols to follow, no assessments to pass, and no outcomes to achieve.
Instead, The Integration Path offers a steady relational space for reflective inquiry—supporting how you listen to yourself, make choices, and integrate change into everyday life over time.
What This Mentorship Supports
Many people reach a point where they know what to do—but struggle with living it consistently, gently, and without self-pressure.
This mentorship supports:
- strengthening self-trust and inner authority
- integrating insight into ordinary daily life
- making choices without urgency or external validation
- cultivating steadiness rather than constant self-work
The emphasis is not on doing more, but on learning how to listen more clearly and respond with care.
How the Mentorship Works
- Length: 6 months
- Format: Private 1:1 mentorship
- Cadence: Approximately every other week
- Sessions: 12 private mentorship sessions
Cohorts: Two per year (February–July, August–January)
The bi-weekly rhythm is intentional. Space between sessions allows real-life integration to occur rather than ongoing processing or dependence.
Sessions are relational and inquiry-based. Rather than offering direction or solutions, the mentor reflects, slows the field, and supports the development of discernment from within.
Relationship to Practice & Tools
Practice
This mentorship draws from the perspectives of Ayurveda, yoga, iRest, and contemplative practice—not as systems to follow, but as orienting lenses that may naturally arise within conversation.
Tools
Tools are not assigned, prescribed, or tracked.
They serve awareness and integration rather than becoming the focus of the work.

Frequently Asked Question
How is this different from private sessions or wellness services?
The Integration Path is not a service-based offering and does not include assessments, protocols, or educational instruction. Rather than focusing on what to do, this mentorship supports how you listen, choose, and integrate in your own life over time. Sessions are relational and inquiry-based, with the goal of strengthening self-trust and autonomy rather than providing ongoing guidance or solutions.
Beginning the Process
Participation begins with a brief intake and reflection form designed to support mutual clarity and alignment. This form is not an assessment—it simply helps determine whether this mentorship is the right fit at this time.
If aligned, you’ll be invited to join the upcoming cohort and attend a live orientation call before sessions begin.
A Final Note
The Integration Path is designed to end.
Completion is not a loss of support but a sign that the work has taken root. The measure of this mentorship is not momentum or intensity, but whether you leave with a deeper capacity to listen to yourself and respond with steadiness in ordinary life.
